Pool heat: There is no additional charge to heat the pool May through October, but we do not turn it on by default and you must notify us in advance if you are requesting pool heat. We charge a pool heat fee for bookings between November through April to heat the pool to 80 degrees. The fee is $650 for the first 3 nights then $80 per each additional day of your booking. We need at least 3 days notice before your check in if you'd like pool heat.

Please contact us before you book with information on who will be staying in the house and the purpose of your trip.

We require verified ID before booking.

We also require prior notification of any visitors you may have while at the house.

Guests will have access to the whole house except the basement storage area.

Guests may use the 1+ car detached garage for parking as well (SUVs or large vehicles will not fit and exceed the weight limit of the garage floor).

This vintage house is located high on a hill on a safe, quiet street. Ideal for families.

The waterfront is only four blocks from the house, with restaurants and coffee shops within a short walking distance. It's only a few miles to the Zoo, Sea World, and downtown. A quick 2 mile drive over the hill to Ocean Beach.

Restaurants, shops and the water are a short walk away (about 4 blocks). Central location for driving to popular destination points.

Quiet upscale neighborhood. 4 blocks to the water, restaurants and sport fishing. Short drive to downtown and Gaslamp, close to beaches, Seaworld and the zoo.
